I’m endlessly inspired by the beauty of nature and the idea that when you embrace your creative side, your natural expression will turn your life into a masterpiece.
I’ve spent years in the coaching world helping people share their authentic creative expression. Your creative expression is the powerful life force that when regularly channeled into activities that you love can help you feel more peaceful, grounded, present, self-aware, and most importantly, ALIVE.
I’ve worked with singers, dancers, painters, coaches, glassblowers, animal communicators, lawyers, accountants who wanted to become writers, essentially they’re people from all walks of life and in all stages of their creative journey.
Whether you want to create a business and life that you love or you simply want to give yourself space to explore your creativity and express yourself, attending my events and working with me will give you the space for it.
For the past seven years I’ve been committed to developing experiences using an approach to art that allows you to go beyond your mind, drop deeply into your body, and access something more.
After holding workshops and retreats around the world, I recently completed a teacher’s training for Sequencing, an approach to painting that helps you tune in, let go, and see what happens when you’re not attached to the outcome.
I’m excited to be sharing this at my upcoming retreats as well as developing workshops locally in Brattleboro, VT.
I also LOVE to paint. When I paint I enjoy exploring the relationship between shape and color, and how the two come together to create a sense of depth and movement.
My paintings are an experiential exercise in self trust.
The process helps me to more deeply understand that when I trust my intuition, beautiful things come fourth.
Each painting reminds us that we can trust in the beauty of life.
My abstract paintings are designed to spark joy and add an unexpected pop of color to your space. My work is about expressing what I value most: commitment to craft, and the creation of unique, high-quality handmade items.
Floravitae, which means “Goddess Life” is a celebration of the abundant fertility of the creative life force that flows through all things: from the majestic beauty found all around us in nature to the harmony found within us through process of creating art.
